This location was consistent years ago. They are very under staffed. I'm shocked they still stand. I visited two locations (... the other on Rivers) the same day only to be told that the grill was down...what are the chances, at BOTH locations????Whatthese companies need to realize is ever since the pandemic, the enthusiasm to work certain jobs have declined, not to mentionthe inflation we're facing with prices going up and continuing to do so all across the board, damn near every establishment doesnot want to compensate for the cost of living but they want you to continue put your best foot forward for little to nothing,js. Positive: The staff are nice and informative. The food is good for the price. It's made fairly quickly for what it is. Inside... appears clean and maintained. Looks like fresh paint. I always see surfaces being cleaned. Floors are clean as well. Theparking lot is older but tidy. Parking is sufficient for a smaller establishment. Pricing is fair. Negative: The posted hoursof operation are wrong. The dining room closes at 5pm on wed, fri, sun. The drive through is open until 7pm and 8pm if they havethe staff. This info is coming from the staff themselves. The google information needs to be updated and their website aswell. More people would come if they knew they could. This confusion is annoying and something that could easily be rectifiedbut hasn't been. Also, drinks should be included in meals. Its unusual for this to be a separate thing. The manager at this store is so rude, and don't even try reaching out to the owner through cooperate. I have been waiting 3... months on a call regarding an incident at this store. I want say to the owner, continue allowing this woman to be rude to thepeople that's patronizing your establishment. You won't have this business for long. Customers dont have to eat there. I pass bythis store quite often and I see less and less cars at your drive thru. You want people that value your customers as well as thebusiness working for you. Had a bad experience here. First I asked the woman does the new spicy sandwich coke with cheese? her response was ? it can? I... then asked could I add cheese . She close the window on me. Once I received the wrong sandwich ( not knowing it was wrong ) Iask was their cheese on it ? she said no you have to pay for it . Clearly she does not listen the customers . I discovered Ireceived the wrong sandwich. Turn around went back to the establishment sat and waited in the long line to tell them it waswrong. Her response ? ok pull around ? I pull around and again her response ? what you had ? AGAIN I brought it to her attentionthey gave me the wrong sandwich and she proceeded to tell me I didn?t ask for that . I told her no o asked for the spicysandwich. The lady say ? ok ?and shuts the window The customer service was horrible. Ordering the new spicy fish sandwichand it was not worth the trouble. Waited in a long line just to get to the window for them to say "we can't take orders at the drive-thru". I watched about 4 cars... in front of me pull out of line after they had been waiting several minutes just to be told the same. They could have come upwith something better. Read more
This has to be the worse I have seen food from Captain D?s. I asked for a fish and shrimp dinner, with honey mustard. Good thing... I checked my bag in the drive through because I got everything but honey mustard! The food look like it was just throwntogether. The fish was the size of a pencil, wasn?t even a handful of fries and shrimp burnt. I asked the woman does this lookacceptable, she said yes!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! Read more
Good food, rude worker. She was an older white lady and was rude from start to finish and apparently you cannot ask for sauce... without her shutting the window on me, she said it's in the bag but nope no vinegar.
