If you want good hibachi, you'll have to move to a different city. It's the unfortunate reality of Charleston, and this place is... no exception to the rule. I somehow talked myself into eating here on at least three occasions and every single time I've beendisappointed. The hibachi is pretty bland and very watery. The steak is honestly pretty bad. The chicken is decent but the menuprice does not match the quality of the food you're given. This place is a skip unless you're really that desperate to get somehibachi. Read more
I would put 10 stars if I could the ginger dressing is the best I've had in a while the sushi rolls are on point we had the... detonator and the champ chop I recommend ???? ???? The hibachi lunch steak was cooked perfectly and my mom's shrimp bowl theshrimp are cooked perfect juicy and they are big! Great amount of food for the prices. I?m honestly surprised this restaurant is still in business. I ordered a lunch sushi combo to-go. The place is entirely empty... and very dark. My sushi roll was not only missing ingredients but was literally falling apart. The tuna was very clumpy and old,foul smelling. I called and they offered to return the funds to my card since it was inedible. I never got the funds returned,this was 2 weeks ago. The food here is always good, very fresh and some of the best sushi in West Ashley in my opinion. I like the ambiance as it's a... little dark in here and the setup seems to promote a more quiet dining experience. The service is good and everyone is veryfriendly. Take out is also done well with the food being packed well. I've ordered take out through the app many times and haveonly had an issue with accuracy once, which they promptly acknowledged and offered me a couple of options forresolution. Highly recommended and I'm glad they're here in West Ashley so I don't have to drive too far to get to them. Read more
