Arrived to this location around 9:10 and got into the drive thru line with about 4 cars in front of me and 2 cars behind me. On... google their hours stated they closed at 10:00 p.m. After waiting in the line for almost 15 minutes a young man working therecomes out and tells us that they close in about 8 minutes. I said okay well will it be easier if I come in and place my orderand he says, ?no you can?t do that, I?m about to start mopping?. So, after waiting almost 15 minutes I?m basically told that Ican no longer place my order if the line doesn?t move before their closing time. Very bad customer service and a waste of mytime. I love this location. I don't know what their hiring process is but they consistently have the kindest, most customer service... oriented people working. Today Amber spent several minutes with me on the phone, going well above and beyond her call of duty,to help me place an order for the cake I needed for my daughter's birthday. I wasn't too keen on the Frozen 2 design offeredonline (too plain) and told her as much, but I had to have a Frozen 2 cake because for whatever reason my daughter is obsessed.I specifically chose Baskin Robbins and this location because they have done such a fantastic job with her cakes before. Amberwent through several design options with me, even going so far as to text me pictures of some of their photo designs andoffering to go through the ice cream flavor list with me. She was AMAZING and helped me breathe a deep sigh of relief knowingthat at least this one aspect of the party is going to be top notch. (Have you had their ice cream cakes??? So good.) I can'tsay it enough, I love this location, I love their staff, and THANK YOU *ESPECIALLY* to Amber for all of your help (without evenonce making me feel like a burden or a hassle)!! Read more

Great workers!! Place was very clean and kept. I noticed that there are some people that come in and forget that these are first... time workers, and some of their demands are a bit much.
