Weakest bacon, egg and cheese ever. Wish I could post a picture. It was tiny there was barely any egg there was barely any bacon... and there was no mayonnaise. Absolutely zero effort given or concern for the customer and I opinion Furthermore I ordered anorange juice and wasn?t told where to get the orange juice which isn?t that big of a deal except that the cashier seemed prettyrude and when I saw the tip option come up didn?t leave a tip which is unusual for me. Walked in at around 1:55 and stood at the counter looking at the menu for 2 minutes with the register lady right in front of me,... before someone in the back yells out ?we?re closed?. The lady at the register said ?sorry I wasn?t looking at the clock?. Iwalked out and looked at the time and it was only 1:58. Why put a customer through that and not just let them order since it?snot even 2 PM? One extra star because I didn?t try the food. But I did get a taste of the rude. Read more
Great bagels, horrible service. 6 people behind the counter today, waited 40 minutes before I gave up and left. Ordered two... basic breakfast sandwiches and that was too much to handle. You can?t blame todays experience on being short staffed. This placeneeds a manager it?s a free for all, i was not the only irritated customer today. 90 minute wait for 4 bagels after being told a 45 minute wait. After 60 minutes I?m told two of my bagels are no longer... available so had to change my order. Multiple times I had to remind staff of my order. Overall bad experience; wouldn?trecommend. Bagels of course weren?t terrible but not great either 4/10 for the actual bagels. Read more
As close to Brooklyn New York bagels as you can get! I should know, having been born and bred in Coney Island, Brooklyn, New... York USA. Don't need to have them shipped or brought back on my frequent trips up North as long as Bagel Nation is in business. Read more
Don't let the line out of the door discourage you from eating here. It moves quickly (or at least it did this morning) and I... found it to be worth the wait. I'm not a bagel connoisseur but the bagels looked good and tasted even better. Read more
Really great food and cute place. I love all the flavors of coffee. Yes it can be a long wait but thats pretty much anywhere in... Charleston. If you have good food you have long lines. My only complaint is the employees were pretty rude. Still giving a 5star as I can look past the employees and appreciate the business itself. Read more
