The wait for a simple bagel is unreal. Not worth it. They need to figure out how to make orders faster. Waited over an hour and... half for a simple bacon egg and cheese bagel and still was waiting. Decided to leave and wasn?t able to get my money back due tothe line and wait. Restaurant response is bs as it was Sunday and not better when we went. Looks like the same response isgiven multiple times. If you have bad employees you should regroup and figure out what?s wrong with the business and why it?scosting u customers. Unfortunately I had high hopes for this place, however, upon waiting for, no joke, 45 minutes for two BEC's on bagels, I decided... it was time to walk out, without my food or a refund. The cashier gave no indication the wait was going to be that long. Iactually left, ran an errand, came back, and my order was still not fulfilled! I have never seen anything like this forliterally two eggs to be cooked and thrown on top of a bagel. It seems the online orders were backing up the restaurant, whichis a shame that online orders seemed to take precedent over the actual restaurant walk in customers. Waited quite awhile for my bagel, but the people in kitchen were working hard. The guy at the front counter was a hard worker... and constantly cleaning etc. The girl on the other hand was epic pure LAZY- her star rating is 0! She filled the half n half andseeing that the counter was covered in spilled creamer- she just left it and went back to her phone. The guy noticed it andcleaned it up. I understand short staffing.
