One star experience. Was attempting to order from the selection in the warmer as usual. Mini hot dog pretzels to be exact and... there was one left. As the only person in line, I ordered it and moments later I was told it was not for sale. With noexplanation or being offered to make more. After I started to walk away after having to choose another option, another employeesnatched it out of the warmer and I guess ate it herself. In my opinion very unprofessional. Read more

Ordered the bucket of pretzel bites today. Ms.Lee told us about 10 minutes. We came back and she made sure to package and bag... everything up for us. Ms.Lee is awesome!! The pretzels were delicious as always. Definitely will be back and highly recommend. Read more
I normally don't do reviews. But for this scenario, I have to. My partner comes here fairly often, but when he provided a coupon... that wasn't even expired, he was shouted at by a woman with a thick accent that he couldn't understand. She wouldn't let him usethe coupon for some reason, so he had to pay full price for his food. Not only is that unprofessional and unnecessary, it'scompletely unacceptable to treat customers like that. Read more

So I went to the mall to get both of my little girls' ears pierced with the promise of a mall pretzel each as a reward. When I... went to get 3 soft pretzels (one for me) at 7:21, apparently they had no more big pretzels. Maybe it was close to closing, Ithought to myself. Wrong. They close at 9PM. Anyway, I got my girls two pretzel bite cups instead. No apologies for not havingthe main thing they sell, no nothing. As soon as we got up, I hear "Buy two, get one free" from the same pretzel stand. I askwhy they would let me buy two and not tell me about it. They said it only counted toward the big soft pretzels.
