We actually drove off from the drive thru without our complete order. Unable to turn around, clerk (owner?) Actually ran the... rest of our order out to our car in traffic!! NOW THAT'S WHAT YOU CALL EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, good people. Food decent, typical Arby's food. I would DEFINITELY go back to this place just cause this service. Read more

I like Arby's but I usually order some of the most popular sandwiches (common). And it tend to be pre-made so about time I get... them, there cold. And getting rid of the potato cakes was heart breaking Read more

The food in comparison with the Arbys brand is above the normal standards. It may take a little time for you to receive you food... but the staff is friendly. Read more

We put in an online order and showed up 30 minutes after they were supposed to open. There was one person standing outside to... tell people they weren't open because no one else showed up yet. This is the 2nd time we put in an online order and we showed upand they were closed. This place is so awful that they cut their hours to not serve dinner anymore and they still can't getpeople to show up to work. IDK how they can't keep any workers. Addition: I got a call before hitting send that the order wasnow completed, 30 minutes after I left. Why would you not make the orders when the customer arrives at drive-through? We alreadyrequested a refund and ordered pizza. Read more

This was probably the slowest Arby's I've been to down here. Myself and 3 other guests waited in line for at least 5 minutes... before someone even acknowledged our presence, and none of us got so much as a "sorry for the wait". The cashier had as muchenthusiasm as a blank coffee mug. When I did however finally get my good, it was at least hot and fresh, and tasted great, sothere's that. Read more
