Food average, service ok, but couldn't alter menu options to fit wants for dinner.
Don't know why I keep giving this KFC another choice. It's a beautiful day, so thought I'd pick up lunch and go to park;... ordered 2pc drum and thigh with side. Got to park, no fork for the side. Pulled the box out of bag, it wasn't put togetherright, the whole bottom fell out, chicken on the ground. Which I guess was ok since the chicken was cold. I ordered a 4 piece chicken strip meal, was asked what kind of dipping sauce even. I was charged for this meal. I had to travel... a few miles and when I got to my destination and opened the bag I had a $5.00 chicken bowl and that was it. I tried to callCharleston KFC and no one would answer. 6 PC hot wing(unsauced) ended up being bloody. The supervisor stated that they are shipped to them in a bag and all they do is... drop them in the fryer. There is no way for them to check and/or know if they are fully cooked or not. So, just be aware thatthe recommended time that they put these in the fryer may not be enough time to fully cook the chicken. The supervisor did giveme my money back though. Read more
I went to KFC in Charleston, IL today and ordered a 6 PC wing. I bit into and instantly saw bright red blood. I then took the... breading off of all of them and 5 of 6 of them were bloody. I took them back and got my money back. However, the manager did saythat the hot wings are shipped to them in a pre-packaged bag and they put them in the fryer for the time corporate tells themto.
