Love the food and service Fantastic people

We came here after a dance competition. All workers were rude. The first guy was a 14-15 year old and was so rude but his IPad... died. Another lady came and was so mean too. We finally got to the counter and the guy inside was just okay. Food was amazing asalways. I just genuinely wish there was better costumer service. When i go to Chick-fil-A they are so kind. all i ask is forbetter service to costumers. Read more

What do I need to say? It's Chick-fil-A. Unless you don't like chicken, I would highly recommend eating at this restaurant.

The EIU dining facility does a great job of being sanitary and having food ready. This location is delicious as the others. But... does provide limited options as compared with a full service version. Read more

The food is always fresh and made to order. Everytime I've gone the workers had a smile on their faces and greeted me... genuinely. It is on a college campus, in the EIU food court, so the options are limited and it is not made for families withyoung kids to enjoy. Read more
