Management is not very flexible. They don't provide an opportunity to explain events when conflict or mistakes arise. The veggies (especially the lettuce which I did want but didnt get) were in very bad condition. Not fresh AT ALL. Lettuce was... brown, tomatoes were mushy, spinach looked awful...and each veggie container had other stuff in it. If you were allergic tosomething, I wouldnt get any of it. It was a mess, you might be in trouble. I asked for extra toasted and my subs were barelytoasted! It was depressing, I was looking forward to my BMT. Read more

We were not sure what to expect from a Subway inside the Walmart, but we were happy to find that the place looked clean, the... food was good, and the ingredients looked fresh. The man working there was very nice and provided excellent customer service.We'll stop there again when we are passing through Charles Town, WV. Read more
Very rude customer service. I understand that while subway is not part of Walmart and I walked in with open food from said... Walmart, this does not give the staff a reason to be rude with their customers. I would have purchased food to because, let's behonest a hot sandwich is great and that's why I walked in. But after being told off by their manager for it, I'd rather just eata cold sandwich from the deli. Read more
the toaster must be broken because even when they put it thru the food is still cold
