I had the most amazing experience tonight!! I sat at the table in the corner of the bar area tonight with my brother and his... family, who I haven?t seen in a VERY long time! Our waitress was outstanding, we didn?t have to ask for anything, she alreadyhad it in her hand every single time she came to the table! I?m talking napkins, drink refills, sauces, to-go box when we werealmost finished!! I couldn?t believe it!! Rachelle did a great job! From the minute we walked in she was on it! We didn?t know what to get so she steered us towards the... ribs and the hickory salmon! Which was awesome! Wasn?t to interested in an appetizer but she talked us into getting some spinachdip while we waited. Definitely going to end the night with some of the pumpkin cheesecake! Read more
Nice place with good food and a friendly staff. Everyone is really nice. Service is great. Typically I sit at bar and enjoy... dinner and watch a game on TV. Went for the salad bar for lunch with the friend. Very fresh, Very clean, everything was packed to the gills with fresh fruits... and vegetables and prepared salads.. Typical taste on the salad dressings as per salad bar. We ordered the spinach artichoke dipbecause we did the 2 for $24 and it was mediocre. I don't think the proportion was right, it was barely warm so we did ask themto heat it backup which they did. Waitress was great. Had the Ruby Tuesday special, came in a tall pilsner, very tasty. My onecomplaint about the staff is there was a single male waiter who talked to a couple almost the entire time that we were in therestaurant and he was just a few rows over from us and other patrons, was very annoying, loud and I thought it was inappropriatebecause he was talking about staff members and his job and it was just unprofessional. I eat here a couple times a week and I have never experienced service. The restaurant is so clean even during a rush. The food... is always great and even when I have an problems they are so kind and helpful. Rachelle has always been one of my favoritewaitresses, she always is so friendly and gives the best service. Really bad for delivery. Mac and cheese was a small portion of pasta with no flavor and very little cheese, for $7.50. This was... disappointing. Our entree came and it was a mess. It looked nothing like the picture that we ordered from. The mashed potatoes,2 chicken breasts and grilled zucchini were in one container swimming in a mystery gravy. I say mystery gravy because it tastedhalf like gravy, and half like balsamic reduction from the chicken. It had such an odd flavor that it was unpleasant. I don?tthink these two things should have been put together in the same container. The end result was really gross. The chickenbreakers were cooked well?not too dry. That was maybe the best part of this meal but the sauce was gross. We won?t be orderingRuby Tuesday for delivery ever again. Read more
Great service, friendly staff. Got the gluten free bun for my burger as I try to eat gluten free. Most gluten free burger buns... are terrible and fall apart after the first bite. Theirs was great and held together. A huge win for gf! Burger was cookedperfectly. Everything was hot and delicious. Will definitely be going back. Read more
