This popeyes continues to get orders wrong, please do not trust the drive through. Always check your orders, never get a drink... from here as the are horrible and always flat. Please try to ignore the weird people hanging out in the parking lot, they justneed a place to do drugs. Also, the people inside don't listen to you and ask you if that's all after every item you request,rude. It's shame that this is the only Popeyes around, I would go to kfc but they are just as bad. The food is always good, better than other places. But today the staff were horrible. Waited at least 10 minutes to place my... order, no one on front of me, no one eating inside, 5 staff doing what?! 10 minutes, then female takes order like she wants tothrow it in the garbage, very bad attitude. My girlfriend and I made the excellent decision to visit this chicken establishment on monday 8/8/22. The service we received... was beyond exceptional. The young woman who took our order was a fantastic listener, she was clearly attentive and caring to ourhumble request for spicy chicken samdwhich. We did have to wait for a new batch of chicken to be made, but honestly, theanticipation only made the payoff that much more satisfying. That fresh batch of chicken, I might add, was cooked to perfection.The manager working that night (Im not sure of his name. I dont think he was bald.) was also just fantastic, give that man araise I am begging you. Best fast food experience I've had in my 39 years in charles' town. This 5 ?? review is ONLY based off of ? King Aurthur ? he is the most sweetest, most caring person I have met at a fast food... restaurant! His customer service skills are out of this world! & he makes sure that I always get fresh food! If it were for himI would leave a 1 ?? Review based off the fact that every single time I come through the drive thru anything that I order ismissing OR I have someone else?s order! The last couple of times I have come here I have been given red beans and rice insteadof Mac & cheese! It?s SAD! Honestly because Popeyes isn?t cheap by any means! And the workers need to dress better instead oflooking like they just rolled right out bed & not do their hair.. if you want FRESH food ask for it PERIOD! Today Saturday 11/06/2021 we got the Worst customer service ever, we placed our order In the drive through after arriving home... we discovered they gave us an incomplete order so we called the restaurant after a nasty call they told me your chicken is here(so had to drive another 18 miles each way) to receive a complete order. When I got back to their store I requested to speak toa manager and was told she is too busy on a conference to speak with me, so they referred me to another server/ manager whichwith a lousy attitude he told me you already got your order move you are holding the line. No a single apology for theinconvenience cause to us just one bad attitude after another. We will make sure to never go back to that so called restaurant. Read more
