Great local McD's. Their hours variate a bit, only till 11pm Mon-Thurs, 12 midnight Fri-Sun.
This store has always been awful, even before the remodel, but my god has it gotten worse after. Waited 20 minutes in the drive... thru before I got out and went inside, then after ordering on the screen it printed no number and I waited another 25 min for myorder of 2 cheeseburgers. Multiple staff members were witnessed being extremely rude to customers for absolutely no reason! It will be quite some time... before I stop at this McDonald?s and will instead drive a little further to the Ranson or Berryville ones where the staff iskind and helpful!!! Read more
I've waited to post this review until I have been to this mcdonalds a few times. Every time, something is wrong or missing from... my order. Today I specifically ask if they are running the buy one get one for a dollar and the girl says yes and takes myorder. I get up to the window and realize it's full price. I ask why and they said oh the special ended today. Well it's stilltoday, so why not honor the price??? I would have ordered something different. Anyway. I proceed to get my order and ask forsauce and they say it's in the bag. Silly me for not checking but I get home and there's no sauce in the bag. Lied to twice inthirty seconds. Won't go here again. Large fry was only 1/4 filled. Nuggets,fries, burger were cold. The bun on the burger was brick hard. Forgot sauces for nuggets.... Drink was correct. This place has issues. The struggle is real Read more
I rarely write reviews but tonight I had to. This was the probably the best McDonald?s experience I have ever had! Customer... service was great, food was great, fast and prompt and plenty of condiments/napkins. I felt like we were in the 90s again whenit was enjoyable to go there. Thank you McDonald?s! Read more
