Drive thru service is lacking. This location rarely takes credit/debit. I'd recommend going elsewhere for a burger.
The drive thru only accepts cash... the swiper at the registers in the drive thru are down... but the credit card machines... inside the store at the walk up counter work??? I'm so confused.. why not just swipe customers cards using the ones thatwork.... and how long is is going to be down for? its been a week and they still have the sign posted in the drive thru thatthey only accept cash... RIDICULOUSLY LAZY people working at this location... Absolutely NO customers in the drive through, theentire week I have been driving by... Worst Burger King in the area, food is always cold, and morning management is beyond rude. One manager guy looked like he was on... something, he looked like sonic on crystal. I'd rate it a 0 if I could. They don't deserve one star. Read more
Ordered my burgers plain and got home and they were smothered with pickles (im allergic) and mustard. Called the store and spoke... with Clint. Instead of offering a credit or a refund, he didn?t believe me and we had to drive 20 mins back to the store to showClint that his workers messed up my very simple order to finally have my food remade. Clint didn?t try to apologize or offer arefund or anything for the trouble. Read more
In my opinion the burgers are not the same. It's just like getting already made bugers...certainly not a charcoal tastes as it... once was. I'm officially not gonna get fast food ever again. Read more
After Long John Silver's let me down, I drove to Burger King. Cashier Rob was extremely friendly and food came out fast. Store... was clean, food tasted wonderful. Very pleased. Read more
Third time in a row that they've got my order wrong in the drive-thru! Today I asked for no pickles, I got a bun with a paddy... and nothing else on it. It's really not that difficult, I've worked fast food before... they just dgaf. Read more
