Absolutely abysmal service. Order takeout and was told it would be ready in 35 minutes. Arrived on time and called the number... while waiting outside in the curbside pickup space. I was then told it would be another 15 minutes and I said okay that'sfine. 25 minutes later a woman next to me goes in am comes out saying she was there for an hour and a half and I should go into check. I then enter and the woman working curbside said it would be another 30 minutes. I then see my order sitting in a bagon the counter. I point it out and she says oh it just got done. I open the food and can feel that it's not even hot. I pointit out and ask to speak to a manager and she refuses. I repeat I want to speak with the manager four times and she finallyapologizes to me and gets the manager. I point all of this out, showing the time of all of my calls, and they tell me that Ihave to pay for the food since I checked to see if it was even warm after an hour and twenty minutes. Applebees, if you readthis, what you did is horrendous and not the way to run a business. I will NEVER eat here again and I will encourage everyone inthe area to never eat here either. Read more

Order these shortly before 11 because it?s late. Much bigger pieces than the Logan?s I worked at in Martinsburg. I was greeted... within 30 seconds of walking in the door despite the short staff sign attached to it. Sauce was fresh and on point. The stickswere cooked perfectly. Read more
