We have done it all, take out, dine in, delivery and are always happy. Food is delicious, staff is great and portions are... generous. Never have to wait too long for our order to be taken or for our food to be served. Our go to for sure! Read more
Only giving written review because I'm asked to do so. I did not want to provide details but here we are. Experience could be... different from one client to another. Customer service was bad, we were told we could have a specific product, were served adifferent one we asked for non-lactose drink and were told it was going to be provided, then we were told it wasnt possible sowe were given lactose in the drink. We also asked for extra cheese in one of the plates... in the food and were given 2 squaresof cheese on a plate aside. Is as if there is no effort whatsoever. Just the bare minimum to get by. We asked for some ketchup,the ketchup was old, if you can't tell when ketchup is old (dark red color, stickier texture and certainly different taste. Samegeneric brand no excuse) , why even serve people at all. The food was tasteless, the only thing that gave the food taste (oneof the dishes), was the excessive amount of chocolate that hides any other taste, giving no sense to the whole thing. If Iwanted to drink chocolate, I might as well go to super c and buy a bottle of it. The dish had tasteless fruits and lots ofchocolate... is supposed to be composed of different flavors. This was clearly not the case. The smoothies, were more like... amountain of ice with a little bit of flavor. Simply the minimum effort to call it a smoothie. Again, this is my personal pointof view. If someone likes this... Then, go to this place. I have not gone back to this restaurant and will never do so. What a amazing experience I had at Petinos today. From the food to the service, I was extremely satisfied and I am looking... forward to come back very soon. But what was truly incredible was how Harry the owner personally took care of my family and I.My grandfather is 95 and is starting to have a hard time moving around, however, Harry went above and beyond to accommodate usand would check up on us through out our sit-down. My oh my how I missed Petinos! One of my favourite places to go have breakfast or for a brunch!! Place is cleaned, including the... bathrooms!! It is COVID friendly, they have divisions in between the tables to separate people. Kids food is generous and staffvery friendly and attentive. The food is amazing and the portions are generous!! They are short staffed as any other place, sobe friendly with the staff, at least they?re there and doing their part to make it enjoyable. Obviously will be going back!!! Read more

We had Sunday brunch here with friends, so it was packed and they don't take reservations. Despite having to serve all their... customers, the wait staff did an excellent job. Some of you reviewers need to take this situation into serious considerationwhen you review restaurants. Now the food. The food was flavourful and it was the right portion for me--I ordered the eggsBenedict with smoked salmon and avacado. The only thing I found "wrong" with my order is that it wasn't hot. It wasn't evenwarm, but it tasted wonderful despite that. My guess is that it had been waiting to be served a little bit too long because ofthe crowd.
