Just door dashed Wendy's which is 1 mile away The dasher was there before food was even ordered and did a great job. Burger... buns were tough. Fries (ordered a large) half full. Nuggets (ordered 10pcs) got 6. I mean it's not the dashers fault that onlyleaves the restaurants capability to satisfy their customers poor poor job.. Read more

Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I love Wendy's however today I was completely disappointed in my experience. I had... a simple order and was continually told to wait at the speaker while it was pouring rain. Soaking the inside of my vehicle andmysef. The dining room is closed so you can't go in to place an order in these conditions so I was left with only one optionand that was to leave. Read more

So I only like Wendy?s breakfast for the honey butter and like to dip the French toast sticks in it so I ordered some the other... day with my meal and it came with no honey butter, whatever I let it go then went the next day ordered the same thing and thelady manager replies flustered ?okay well next time we are gonna have to charge you for the honey butter??okay who said I wasn?twilling to pay for it? But also if you?re gonna start doing that make sure you actually remember to put the honey butter in thebreakfast bag cause you forgot to the previous day and I probably got charged for it with how stingy they were about it. It?sokay I won?t do breakfast here anymore. Read more

I was enjoying my weekly stroll throughout the great city of chardon when I noticed that the local wendy's was open. I walked up... to a drive-thru window assuming that it would be okay for me to order there, however I was SCREAMED AT to come into the lobbyand leave the window by what appeared to be a 12 year old girl. As the kind and considerate person that I am, I decided that Iwould give this store another chance and go inside. After walking inside I saw that the entire store was laughing at me upon myarrival. This made me sad. I asked for a 5 dollar biggie bag and I was completely BAFFLED when the price came out ot be over 5dollars. False advertisement, Am I right? I didnt let that bother me too much but then they said that it was going to be about a5 minute wait for my food. This was extremely upsetting considering all that I have gone through already. But, being the kindperson that I am I said, "No worries." When I FINALLY got my food I was even more saddend to see that the fries were freezingcold. I couldnt even eat them without my mouth feeling very unpleasent. The coke I ordered was filled up to the brim with iceand my burger wasn't even fresh! This place is a complete joke to fast food worldwide and anyone asssociated with thismonstosity of a workplace should be utterly ashamed with themselves. I will never, EVER dine here again!!! We stopped on July 19, 2022 in between stops in and around Chardon and ordered our food after not having had Wendy's in a while.... What followed was the worst Fast Food experience of my life. We got our food and drink and the workers were nice, but a quicksip of the pop (soda) and it was terrible. My wife and kids tested their pop too and had the same issue, so I pulled back intothe drive-through line. When I informed the worker in the speaker we heard a young girl's voice rudely say "what's theirproblem?" on the other end and lectured us about the "sign" they posted on the ordering screen - photo attached. She told usthat no refunds would be given and that only a water or tea would be traded out for the terrible pop, which they did notdescribe correctly as it was not "flat" - it was tasteless. I tried to politely mention that the sign was not an effective meansof communication given it is white and plain around vibrant colors and, let's be honest, when you are looking for a quick biteto eat most people are not searching for a piece of paper taped above the screen to see what is wrong today. My attempts to havea polite discussion were thwarted by more rudeness. The situation got far worse at the window as we decided we needed somethingto drink, even if just water. Now two girls were at the window and I said to the girl who took my money originally that "whoeverI just spoke to on the speaker was rude and should not be working in customer service." The dark-haired girl with glasses wasthen as rude as ever. When I asked to speak to a manager, she claimed she was the manager so I asked for her name and she said"I'm not giving you my name, I am a minor." I told her she should use a more customer-friendly tone and she snapped back. I havenever seen anyone handle a food service job so poorly in my life. This reflects poorly on the General Manager who hired and puttheir trust in this girl, and Wendy's as a corporation. In the end you have long-time customers w Read more

We were the only people in the restaurant. I actually had a craving for a Wendy's burger. We were served old nasty tasting... fries. I did ask for fresh ones and were given some, NOT as many that were served the first time. My burger was lukewarm nothot. As we were sitting there a worker was complaining very loudly about a customer in the drive through. How they wereunhappy about their fries! I said to my husband, well they were old of course they did. To sit in the restaurant and listen toan employee talk very LOUDLY about a customer poorly was not right! The "manager" was actually a kid, when I say kid I mean 20or younger, she did get me more fries and was trying to be a manager but should have nipped it in the bud. I feel like theyneed better management. Then I bought a frosty. First, when did they change that? Not as chocolate as I remember. Didn't tastethe same. Secondly, the order came to 3.09, I gave the girl 5. She gave me back 3.10. I said this is not right, your drawerwill be wrong. She said no that is OK keep it. I went back to my husband and then a couple minutes later hear her say toanother employee, hey someone tell me what is 3.09 from 5? This is very sad. Someone from Wendy's need to tell the employeesthat customers in the restaurant can hear them, ESPECIALLY IF NO ONE ELSE IS IN THE RESTAURANT! Read more

I've gone to this location since I was in elementary school. I love the dining room, even though it's nothing special, and I've... had good quality service and food over the years. But I'd say that for the past couple of years that quality has been slipping. It's like a coin flip to see what you're going to get, will it be good service and food? Bad service and good food? It's a coinflip on it all. Today is the day I've decided to leave a review. Now was this experience particularly bad or terrible? No, butafter another disappointing experience and reading the other reviews I've decided to throw my own review into the mix. Weordered 2 Cokes, large fries and nuggets. The nuggets we're overcooked and the fries a tad under cooked, just a tad. But thehighlight we're the workers. The person who took our order definitely seemed happy to be there, spoiler they didn't, and theyhave someone who looks no older than 12 working the window. The entire staff that we saw or talked to just did not seem happy tobe there and didn't really seem happy we we're even there. It's unfortunate that the location is like this now. Because of thatcoin flip and the fact they close at 7 now, I've barely ordered from this Wendy's, I've heard they even still have the diningroom closed, why? Low staff shouldn't be the excuse, not with how dining in works for fast food. Read more

Service was subpar considering all of the employees were busy with everything but work. I ordered the biggie five meal and items... were forgotten, my sandwich was barely edible, and when I went back for unreceived items I was made to feel like a bother. Thegirl dropped my cheese sauce on the floor then with attitude said your welcome then laughed with other employees after she gaveme my items. Very disappointing. I guess you don't have to care about or do your job because employers are desperate. Read more
