So my wife who is deaf and I have went to this Dunkin location several times. I must say it?s a big disappointment as every time... we have been there the inside been locked. My wife likes to go and get her coffee by herself because I be at work. So she goesto Starbucks that?s overpriced even though she doesn?t care for their coffee but she is able to go inside and see the peopleslips to know what is being said. She loves Dunkin? more and let me know this morning that she is going to start driving 10miles to the one in Mentor so she can have her Dunkin! Hate this location! I avoid it at all cost! They never fill your cup and only give you enough cream cheese for half your... bagel. I'm tired of paying for a large and getting a medium in a large cup! Read more
Got a frozen coffee from here that tasted really nasty and way too strong! I paid over 5 dollars and couldn't even drink it!!!
I go here a lot. The people who run it seem very nice and always make my coffee right. They even know my name by my order in the... morning ???? Some places make the coffee different every time I order the same thing, but here they make it the same every timeI order and that's a big reason I keep going back.
