So my wife who is deaf and I have went to this Dunkin location several times. I must say it?s a big disappointment as every time... we have been there the inside been locked. My wife likes to go and get her coffee by herself because I be at work. So she goesto Starbucks that?s overpriced even though she doesn?t care for their coffee but she is able to go inside and see the peopleslips to know what is being said. She loves Dunkin? more and let me know this morning that she is going to start driving 10miles to the one in Mentor so she can have her Dunkin!
