Physical space is bit small compared to few other Bob Evans Restaurants in North East Ohio area that I have been to..! One item in our order was chicken tenders That was supposed to come with two sides of fries. When I picked it up it clearly only... had one and when I asked the young lady at the counter if that was two orders of fries she told me yes and it clearly wasn't twosides. This location royally screwed up our order last time with multiple items being messed up. Got home & discovered therewere no utensils, no syrup for the one breakfast order that had pancakes, and only a half order of hash browns with thebreakfast order. We stopped going to the location in Mentor because of stuff like this. So maybe we are just done with Bob Evanscompletely since they all seem to have the same problem routinely and don't seem to care enough to correct it, as evidenced bythe lack of response from management or even corporate to ANY of these reviews, good or bad Read more
This is a newer style location. The food was great. All four of us ordered something different and not one complaint. We came... in on a Sunday morning so it was slammed. Despite how busy it was, our server was so on point and super friendly. She did sucha great job keeping our drinks filled and checking to see if there was anything we needed. A+ ! Read more
They hot me a half table half booth before my lunch date arrived and brought me 2 glasses of water and 2 menus and setups. The... food was very good. I was disappointed they didn't have waffles with strawberries and whipped cream (my personal favorite) soI had to find something else, the waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and I was easily convinced toorder a high protein bowl, She highly recommended, It was Amazing! This is my kind of dining experience. Great service, great food, and a great time with loved ones (young and old). Everything... was delicious, including my Aunt Gwens entree ? she was a giving and I wasn?t refusing! To add, I had the sunshine skillet; Verygood! Highly recommended. Read more
The food was ok, a 3 star. But the service ????????????????????! This Cassandra waitress was completely disengaged, acted as if... we were an inconvenience to her day. Ate breakfast at the chardon Bob Evans this morning. Had the "Sun Rise", scrambled eggs, bacon , hash browns and biscuits.... $8.07 Biscuits were overcooked and not fresh and hash browns needed to be browned up more. Service was good . Food could be alittle bit better.. Read more
