Just went through the drive thru and ordered an impossible whopper for my vegan girlfriend. I clearly said no cheese, no... mayonnaise. The burger then has cheese and mayonnaise and Luis the manager stated that I asked for cheese and mayonnaise havinga major attitude when all I was wanting was a new burger no big deal it happens. Luis then states ? I?ll just give you yourmoney back, I don?t have time for this? this guy is a general manager with zero customer service skills. How in the world that?seven possible is beyond me. Filthy. Soda machine has obviously never been cleaned. Everything tastes old. Can?t get any orders right. Act like they are out... of stuff when they don?t want to make it. Manager is incompetent. Shut this one down BK. Read more
On my way to Austin, decided to stop by coz there was no one else there. Guy was rude on the line no welcome no thank you for... stopping by, nothing but rudeness. And I was the only one there so i guess he was just mad all day. Got me a number 6 but somehow ended up with no bacon on my sandwich. Didn't say thank you and didn't give me my receipt. So how could I turn back after Idrove a mile down to get my bacon. As a local I love eating here but unfortunately one of the staff members was so rude at the drive thu I won?t be coming back. I... asked what was serving since it was right at the lunch switch over. He yelled ?it?s whatever?s on the menu? so I ordered off themenu. He yells ?breakfast, we are serving breakfast? like I?m stupid. Excuse me sir but it?s on the menu. Zero stars if It was possible, the order taking was straight forward, we wanted two original chicken sandwhiches with cheese.... Got the window waited forever (25 mins) got the order and of course checked it, no cheese! Asked the guy who gave us our orderwhy there was no cheese and he said ? yeah I know it didn?t have cheese? at this point we both gave him a look like are youreally going to be a smart Alec about this and not just fix it? Then he asked for the food back to put cheese on it. I said noyou can bring the cheese to me and I can put it on myself. He went back to get it, another 10 mins passed so now 35 mins in adrive through window, I finally said no and drove off because there?s no telling what he was doing to that cheese. I ordered the Impossible Burger it was alright. Not like it used to be when it first came out. But a word of Warning ?? do not... go through the drive-thru here. The girl in the window is stealing debit card/ credit card numbers. The very next day I receiveda notification from my bank that someone is trying to charge $16.60 for their monthly Amazon Prime Account in Brenham,TX and$100 at a Walmart in Spring TX. ???? This review is 100% based on my family's drive-thru experience. We have never been inside. The drive-thru staff smiled, was... friendly, made sure we had straws and napkins, asked if we wanted ketchup, and even said thank you and goodbye when ourtransaction was complete.
