This Taco Bell is never open and you can never get food from there. They refuse to pay their staff at a wage that allows them to... be fully staffed, so they're always closed because of "staffing issues." The manager for this restaurant should be fired. Read more
I know its hard to find good staff right now, especially because I'm sure taco bell does not pay enough but they are always... closed even though their website says open until 11 and it was "confirmed by this business 5 days ago". This location was closeddue to staffing issues for months this past summer and they should of kept it that way. I'd say its open 1 out of 3 times I goand they don't put enough sauce on the spicy potato soft tacos. its not worth the drive. Read more
Taco bells in this state are always closing early for seemingly no reason. They should either change their hours or add signage.... I saw multiple cars cjrlce through and wait to see if staff were on break. A simple sign would be appreciated. Why say you'reopen till 11pm if you're gonna close before 8pm? Read more
The absolute worst employees minus the guy making the actual food. Ordered pick up since I drive a truck for a living. Get to... the door. No sign telling you anything just a locked door. I knock and am ignored by drive thru worker and what seems so be themanager. Walk around to drive thru to try to get help to get my food only to be given an attitude by drive thru worker about mecoming to the drive thru. Explained I'm just there for my food and my truck won't fit in the drive thru to have the managercome over giving me a hard time and then saying she can't hand me my food through the drive through because I "might rob them"???? I wish I was making this up. I said just please cancel my order then to be told they couldn't and to have her threaten tocall the cops on me for coming to the drive thru asking for my food. Thankfully the big guy making the food has some commonsense and handed me my food. They kept complaining about only having 3 employees working to justify the way they were treatingme but that is no excuse. We're all short staffed etc these days but customer service should still be a priority or maybe youshould get a different job. Avoid this taco bell like the plague. I am writing this review in hopes that the franchise owners are unaware of the situation and this will make them aware. Anytime... we go to this Taco Bell it appears closed with the signage lights out. Often they only have the drive-through OR the dining roomopen instead of both. One time, we literally stopped and knocked on the door due to seeing multiple employees hanging out doingnothing with the sign-off during ?open? hours. They did take out order, but seemed annoyed by us. Read more

What the hell happened to this restaurant? I don't know what changed but for the past few months this restaurant has been... absolutely horrible. They're constantly out of something, the friendly staff I remember from when they opened are all long goneand today they just straight up ignored the customizations I put in my order over the mobile app. I thought it was weird thatthe guy who handed me my order did it so quickly and then shut the window so fast. The staff here has always been super friendly. Me and my boyfriend went to breakfast one morning and the lady working the window... apologized for the breakfast menu not being on the drive thru sign. She came outside and flipped it for us and then even helpedus get a better deal on the food we ordered. Read more
