One of my worst Subway experience, The lady said something to us in Spanish as we walked in and my answer was I don't know how... to speak Spanish so English please, Then the whole time while fixing the subs they're both acting up and when we got ready topay she refused to honor our coupons that Subway just sent us When I asked why not? Got my order completely wrong. Ordered 2x Turkey bacon guac sandwiches with pepper jack & didn't get the cheese OR the guac...... So basically I got two overpriced turkey bacon sandwiches. There was one other person in the store when I stopped to pick up myfood, so it's not like they were so busy to make that kind of mistake. New ownership, but it doesn't seem like the employees areattentive at all. Read more
