Good starbucks. Clean interior. Staff gets our drink orders right. Always a busy store with lots of mobile orders being... filled. It?s a bit hidden behind a Brueggers (if you come in from the Fordham Blvd), but it has its good amount of parkingspaces. No drive thru since that?s a no-no in Chapel Hill. Read more

Excellent staff! Friendly and courteous service. Delicious wraps and egg bites, which I eat daily. Parking is an issue, with... many clients parking in the handicapped parking spaces. Outdoor seating area is pleasant and usually busy. Highly recommended! Read more

Honesty I?m a boring creature of habit with coffee, I just opt for hot coffee at home everyday. But I realized I had $ on my app... from a gift a couple years ago, and wanted to use it all on one drink today. I dunno the names of any drinks (or really whatanything is ????) and just came in when it wasn?t busy to not hold anyone up. Jamie helped me and was so, so kind!! I had noclue what I wanted but told them I wanted to use all of the $ in one go, but said I was hoping they could help me figure outwhat I was looking for. Our ?frequently visited? Starbucks shop in the whole country. I liked it how they make my favorite hot or iced matcha late... right. It never gets to the grassy taste, just right. The store is clean and the staffs are very friendly. We like to sitoutside when the weather is fine. There?s a little creek(?) outside and you can see fish& tortoise from time to time? Read more

Went to pickup a quick drink, iced matcha latte with soy. Asked for a trenta, and the barista told us ?could you do a venti??. I... work at a Starbucks and know very well you?re able to make this drink as a trenta and there were cups of that size behind thecounter, so I?m not sure what that was about. Once the drink made it out to me, not only did it barely taste like there was theright amount of matcha in it, but it also was made with either 2% or whole milk, and not the alternative I asked for (I?msensitive to dairy, but in the future if an ingredient is given to someone and they?re severely allergic, say to almonds inalmond milk for example, that could be a terrible situation. It?s important to pay attention to what someone actually orders andnot just rush an order.. even though there were only 2 other people ordering while we were there).
