Well. McDonald's is McDonald's, but all the staff at this location are so nice and make sure the orders are correct. We used to... go inside but since Covid we just go through the drive through. The staff really stand out at this location! Read more
Ordered a medium coffee with 3 splendas inside and *no* cream. When I saw that cream appeared on the screen, I alerted the... attendant. Declining to change it on the screen, she assured me of taking care of the matter for my order. Apparently, she waslying! My coffee had cream in it!! Upon reaching home I had to drive back to the McDonald"s to get my coffee without the cream!Very bad customer service by this young teenager (or in early 20s) employee. The question is, how did she get hire in the firstplace with that kind of an attitude? What is the quality of employee training? The McDonald's at Hwy 15-501 in Chapel Hill (NC)also needs attention to management training. Read more

The service was excellent the lady up front was very nice but i wanted to point out that there was a customer that was very rude... and was yelling at her and i wanted to shout out to the lady worker that was upfront for the handling the situation and did herbest to manage it and was not her fault and again shout out to the worker she did a great job!
