Ordered a sandwich through the app without tomato - I get home and it only has chicken and cheese on it. I go back and ask the... worker to remake it, and she did quickly. She was very kind but unfortunately, it had a little less than half the amount ofchicken that my first sandwich had on it, was full of lettuce, and had tomatoes (I specified what I requested be taken off whenasking for the new sandwich, but to be fair it was busy and a little loud). Not worth asking them to remake again but wasted alot of my time and money. Read more

I've previously give 5 star reviews for this location but it's recently gotten worse. The sandwiches are still good, but the... facilities are filthy. When it first opened there seemed to be shift managers on duty who kept workers busy. Now it looks likeworkers just manage themselves. The tables, floors and drink area are always filthy. It's almost impossible to dine in.Whenthere's a short break and no customers in line, staff don't go out and clean. Even when some staff are making online orders,other staff are leaning against the counters just chatting with those who are making the online orders. If they aren't careful,Jersey Mike's is going to go the way of Subway. We don't eat at Subway because it's filthy inside. Once the dining area goesdownhill, the food will soon follow. Read more
