Decent selection of reasonably priced pastries. I got a cinnamon roll, which I was ready to eat right then and there, but it was... served to-go and microwaved to the point that it was too hot to eat and the icing was a soupy mess?so I did another quick errandto let it cool down a bit before chowing down. It was tasty, but messy to eat without a fork and knife, and a bit chewy?eitherfrom being microwaved or just because it was toward the end of the day (there were only a few left). Hopefully they will learnfrom this feedback, and I'd be happy to give them another chance next time I'm in the area looking for a scone or sandwich. Read more

Very disappointed. We had patronized Great Harvest locations in Northern Virginia for 25 years and had wonderful experiences.... Found this location in Chapel Hill. Bought a loaf of white bread today. When I got home and took it out of the bag it wasmolded. A large area of black mold with other spots seeded around the loaf. It was obviously not a fresh loaf from today. Howvery unprofessional and disappointing. At the VA locations I had never had to a) ask if the bread was old or b) had to inspectit in store to see if it was safe to eat. I called the store and the girl working said I could come back for another loaf.However since I live 20 miles away that wasn?t an option. I wanted them to check their other bread. It?s anyones guess as towhether that occurred. My old store will ship bread to me. It costs more but that?s what I?ll do. Read more
