I truly can't say enough about Goodness Cooks! Every Thursday the menu comes out, and Tuesday is pick up. Two highlights of the... week :) I'm so thankful to have nutritious, delicious, organic food thoughtfully prepared, which takes some cooking stress offthis mama. I'm super conscientious about my food -- and also always trying to get healthy food on the table for my family every night --... and Goodness Cooks has been a game-changer for me. I order 5-7 dishes, and use each of the delicious components to fill outmultiple meals for the entire week. The fact that they use super fresh, seasonal ingredients, healthy fats, low salt & sugar,makes it feel like it's something I would cook for myself, if I had the time & skill & imagination. The exciting, originaldishes make me feel nourished and satisfied -- and not at all heavy like restaurant take-out can feel. Add to all that the factthat they support local farmers, have an eco-program to reduce waste & are part of the amazing Dogwood market, and I couldn't behappier to have them in my refrigerator.
