Not open. I love Einstein?s Bagels. I?ve attempted to go (from Raleigh, because I really love Einstein?s Bagels) twice, once in... December and in January. The location is inside a UNC building; the whole building is locked up. I?d suggest Bruegger?s untilEinstein?s is opened back up. Read more
The employees didn?t know what vegan was and told me the bagels had egg in them when I know for a fact they don?t. That being... said, I still had a warm bagel with hummus and it hit the spot. Read more
