The food was delicious. The service was good except my order was short i ordered 2 trays exact same and 1 BBQ sandwich. I was... short one tray but i hadnt paid for it so no big deal really. The food was very good and hot. I got drive thru service. Read more
I've been pretty happy with this cookout. I tend to avoid the drive through as that can cause problems with getting the order... correct. Burgers are great (I get the "huge" - not on the menu, but it is 2 large patties), throw on some fresh jalapenos (theyare hot), some other fixings and it is quite delicious. Finish up with a milkshake to go (order the separate as it can delayyour food order). Fries and hush puppies have been delicious too. Read more
Not sure what is going on here but that was absolutely the worst! The hamburgers were - I don?t even know what to say -... attaching a picture. Onion rings were as bad - bread on bbq sandwich was inedible - felt like and tasted like the bun wasdropped in water. So disappointing after working all day and turn to the new cookout in chapel hill thinking I was getting thesame if not better quality as Durham cookouts - that?s a statement in itself. You'll never find another cookout with a sky blue interior color theme. Very unique and very good food of course.
They're still new so I can cut them some slack, but they don't have their legs under them yet. We had a couple of items missing... from our order, and a little miscommunication at the speaker. Also had a milkshake with my order, and the consistency was waydifferent than I've seen at other locations. Very runny. I'm sure it'll improve with time, but double check your order beforedriving off. Read more
