I usually really enjoy chopt salad but today was very disappointing. The service that I received was unkind and very rude. The... young lady making my salad was very unpleasant and went on to discuss my salad order with the cashier. Making snarky remarksabout the complexity of my order giggling as I stood right there in front of them. In that moment I really wished I would havechosen another option for lunch. The salad was delicious as always. The young lady who was my server name is listed asSamariyah, I?m not sure what the other ones name is but I do believe they both could use a lesson in human decency and treatingothers well. I went in and ordered a salad to take home, as I was eating it I found a screw at the bottom of my bowl. Not great

We love this type of cuisine! This was our first time at a Chopt, and we won't going back to this location. The experience was... unbelievable. They were literally joking and having fun until we spoke, then we proceeded to get the cold shoulder, rushed usalong, hurried our questions, and even had 2 of them talking about us under their breath as if we weren't standing there. Don'tgo here if you're white, apparently you're not welcome, that was the message loud and clear. We would never allow someone to bebullied or treated this way, so to be treated as if we did something wrong just by our existence was surreal. Check 205 today'sdate. The food here is so bland and the lettuce is not very fresh. I ordered shrimp and it was ice cold, no season, no flavor. Just... thawed from the freezer. The dressings are high in fat and nothing is made in house. $30 for two of the most mediocre saladsever. A sweetgreen would be much better. Read more

I love Chopt! It?s one of my favorite places to eat. I just moved to the area and was excited to have one nearby. This store is... disappointing. The last few pick-up orders missed the mark. I?ve gotten salads that had half of the regular portion, had nodressing mixed in or provided, and missing ingredients. Good place, I like this restaurant chain. It was easy to order my own bowl and pick out ingredients. The reason for a star... deduction is that the rice was undercooked and very hard in my warm grain bowl. Not sure if this an off day or it is a frequentoccurrence. Either way, nice staff and easy to order. I?ll be back and hopefully the rice will be better cooked. Read more
