The BEST pizza. We travel 30+ minutes for it and it?s the only pizza we eat in the area! They use high quality ingredients and... have a really creative menu. My spouse and I love this family owned AND operated business. Really good food, good vibes. They switch out stuff pretty... regularly, I've loved almost everything I've had on the menu. We ate outside as that is all that is available right now, butwe're glad to see it! Read more

Past few times I picked up pizza there has reminded me not to do so? always at least 15 later than time told, and staff is... either not trained well or prefers to not welcome you and ask your name/check how they can help. Most recent trip our sides weredone and on the area for pick up for at least 10 min before our pizza even went in. As a result they were cold and greasy oncehome. No one asked if they could help me, and there is not a clear process in place. The staff helping had no sense of urgencyand never once acknowledged the situation. Will not do pick up here again. Capp's has the best Italian food I have had since I moved here. Their pizza is better than Roberta's in Brooklyn which was rated... #3 in the country. Capp's has the same ovens. Everything is made from scratch including the pasta, bread, sausage, everything.If you like spicy, the Arrabiata is great, as well as the Chicken Picatta. Current business practices are not customer friendly. This type of pizza is meant to be enjoyed immediately but they still... haven't opened dining room, have a cc fee, only open 4 hours if at all and always asking for a tip for staff that they've yet torehire. It's propped up by the neighborhood behind this strip. The table at the door doesn't work as a greeting station, peoplestanding around and staring inside. Not hard to spend $20 on a 10 inch pizza. I rarely go here anymore. I'm sure this businessmodel yields higher profit for the minimal staff but is severely detrimental to the customer experience and enjoyment of theboxed pizza sitting just on the other side of that door.
