Very poor service, I stop by, just about every morning, and you never know if they will be open or not, if they are having a... bad day, they make sure you know it, and few mornings, you can see them inside the store during working hours, and they won'tsay a word to you. High rating because of great customer service. A lady by the name of Aaliyah ( I think that is her name) working on the drive... thru on Oct 16th around 4-6 pm. Was very cordial when taking my order. It was nice to hear! Most locations withing Durham (thiswas in Chapel Hill) are horrible. She was very polite. Food: the food was good too. I?m not sure if the cashier was just having a rough day but they weren?t sure what change to hand back, charged for cheese on... two burgers that didn?t have cheese on them, and left pickles on a burger we asked for no pickles on. Also the fries were toosalty. Not the greatest store location in the area. I?d recommend spending the extra few minutes to drive to a different BurgerKing. Read more
One of your best BK's I've been to. We usually don't go to BK anywhere because AT OTHER ONES the service is bad and they never... regard what I actually want on my burger because of my food allergies. One time AT ANOTHER ONE I found a bug in my burger. ButTHIS ONE is awesome!! Read more
Great neighborhood and hometown staple. Been around a long time. I love the "crew", they are all friendly and professional. ... When they bring your order out to the car, its always with a smile. The burgers and everything else are always delish. Pleasebring back the hot dogs! Read more
No longer a burger king. The cook out has an entry on the same spot, but it didn't have breakfast and isn't burger king.
