Went here today and loved the service and food. Have always wanted to try it. Wasn't disappointed!
I don?t typically make these reviews, but I had the weirdest experience here. I ordered my bagel, just one Farmhouse, then... walked over to the register. They took other orders and about 4 people paid and were served that were behind me. I understand ifthey?re getting just bagels but one guy got two sandwiches. I waited 15-20 minutes for one sandwich. When I got in my car, Inoticed that they just gave me ham, egg, and cheese but charged me for the Farmhouse! I went back in there and the employeelooked at me expectantly like this was a joke or something. I said I didn?t get any bacon or cream cheese on the bagel. He said,?I know there wasn?t any bacon (???) but I definitely put cream cheese on there. Did you check the bottom?? I did and I took abite there was no cream cheese. They made it for me again on a bagel I didn?t want because they gave me the last one in the hamegg and cheese. The weirdest part was there was no apology! I?ve worked in service and I know this stuff happens, but you?dthink they?d at least say ?sorry?! Especially since he was arguing with me about getting it wrong. It was just the weirdestservice I?ve ever experienced. Check your orders before you leave when you buy sandwiches from here. Not to mention the bagelsare super tiny compared to other Bruegger?s locations. Read more
My kids love plain bagels, and so we go to Bruegger?s. Today I showed up at 1:40pm on a Saturday, and as I?m standing in line a... worker came out and said, we are cutting off service. All I wanted was a dozen bagels, but they wouldn?t sell em to me, duringbusiness hours. Had to tell my daughter she wouldn?t get her favorite food. Read more
Good food horrible service. Not sure if they were discriminating us because we are Latino but they took everyone?s order before... mine yet I was there first. Everyone behind the counter looked out of it as if they were high. Asked for service but got excusesand lip instead. I will not be back to this location, sadly. Read more
I really want to give Brueggers a better rating but the fact is the service is just slow. The food is always great. I suggest... ordering ahead or having more than 15min to wait for your bagel to be made. Read more
They have a brisket bagel that I was in love with because I don?t eat pork. I just recently found out they out pork in their... brisket and don?t advertise that they do so. I am heated because apparently I have been eating pork which is absolutely wrong.They need to get sued over that cause who puts pork in a brisket???!! Read more
The bagel I had was delicious! It was fresh and had good flavor (I got the Asiago Cheese one). The staff were also very... friendly! However, the hot chocolate that I ordered was not very good at all! It was way too sweet and didn't have a chocolatytaste at all. It was like sugary milk. Everything seemed a little overpriced too. TL;DR I'd get the bagels again, but skipanything else. Read more
I?ve been coming here for years but at this point I?m done. They do not answer the phone. Ever. And there is no way to order a... dozen bagels in the app and choose the bagels. It?s just not possible. I tried to go into the store and buy a dozen bagels butwas refused and told to call in the order which is laughable because they never answer the phone. Read more
