Love the pizza at Amante! The jerk chicken pizza is my favorite! I live in Raleigh but drive to Chapel Hill just to get it!

We have ordered from Amante for years but recently the quality of their food has gone down significantly. The past 3 times we... ordered our pizza was cold and burnt. And they also messed up orders and brought the wrong pizzas. They offered to give adiscount but we never saw it and also to replace it. Extremely disappointed. Staff was not polite or apologetic. Your pizza and wings are exceptional! I visited you in the past and would get the Greek pizza and buffalo wings. I loved it then... and I love it now! We love Amante's pizza but tried to use their online ordering system and it was a disaster. Completed the online order for the... Durham location at 5:50 pm and received an email receipt. Called at 7 pm to ask about the order and was told it was out fordelivery. Called again at 7:20 pm and was told they had never received the order. Read more
Nope. Don't waste your time or money. My wife ordered on line @ 3:30 pm. I arrived at 4 pm and they had no idea what I was... talking about when I arrived. They finally found it but hadn't even started it yet. I watched them mess up multiple orderswhile waiting. The table was sticky, floor dirty, and men's bathroom trashed. The staff wasn't wearing masks and I watchedthe cook handle food with bare hands after touching his face. ???? When I received my order at 4:30pm, I brought it home onlyto find out they had screwed it up. This place was never great but used to be decent if a little over priced. It has gone downhill over the last few years. TL;DR, This place has terrible service and the food is expensive but gross. Don't eat here unlessyou want to get sick. Read more
Visiting the area and ordered from here because it was advertised in the hotel room. The order overall was disappointing. At... first I attempted to place an order over the phone and had to provide my card five different times. The young lady told me she?dwrite it down the last time and would put it in again; I asked she not do that. After the final attempt I ordered through theSlice app successfully. I ordered the Old Mexican pizza, mango habanero wings with two blue cheese, two water bottles, and aDiet Coke. Upon arrival I received the items with disappointment. No sour cream came with the Luke warm pizza, the wings wereoily (but the best part of the meal), the dressing was filmy, stringy & wreaked, and my Diet Coke was a coke.
