I and my friend ordered two Avocalada, non responsible kids there wipe out the cup with a very dirty cloth after we asked her... to wipe the blow out drink, When we were shocked by this, we asked her to change the cup she did and in front of us she put herfingers inside the cup and removed something???? then we wanted to change the whole thing because of what we saw! Also she addedonly two ingredients out of four or five that was supposed to be added to avocalada, my friend and I had diarrhea wholenight???? the kitchen floor was very dirty and full of water, I haven?t ever seen this here in the States! Generous size smoothes and plenty of options, including wraps, salads, and quesadillas. Enjoyed the Acai Berry boost smoothie,... the Baja wrap is good, but the caribbean jerk chicken is amazing! Spicy! And it'sa a big wrap and it's $7! Friendly staff. Notrecommend if you are in a rush. Smoothies come out fast, but food takes its time. Read more
I visited this location to find there were three persons working. I stood at the register, ready to order for about 8-10... minutes. Not one person greeted me to say that would be with me shortly. The workers just looked at me and continued to work afill orders. At one time one of the workers stopped to have a casual conversation about school with another customer, again notaddressing the person standing at the register. I then decided this was not a place I, A- deserved my money, and B- felt Ishould have to wait longer. I truly wish whomever owns this place would take the time to train the staff properly in thebasics of customer service and the art of greet as you go. Read more
Great place to get lunch and a smoothie. After getting delivery several times from this location I had a hiccup once where the... doordash platform had gone down and a newer employee to the store didn't know what to do. After leaving feedback on an contactform to cancel the order and get a refund the manager from the store went out of her way to contact me and let me know that herstore would do better and be trained to handle the situation (given how rare it is I am glad she is doing it anyway). It isalways a pleasure to go here and this place is great to get smoothies for the whole office. Read more

Honestly, it was pretty good with Cookies and smoothie, but when we learnt about Vegan Chicken, ordered Caribbean Jerk Wrap... which was too good that we went on to try other options along with smoothies, all the enjoyments came over then and there. Weordered Caprese Chicken Pesto with Vegan Chicken option, the Chicken/soya was either over heated in microwave or just raw thatwe could not even bite some of the pieces. We informed to the cashier counter and they were swift enough to respond, "Sorry,cook is new, we arrange fresh one for you". Since we were late, asked them to pack we will eat later at home.... After aboutan hour when we heated it up in Oven, problem was still same, wonder if the vegan chicken being used is healthy for humandigestion.. Read more
7.30 pm and is closed, schedule at the door say closing 8.00pm I?m at the door, seeing 4 people inside cleaning. I did call and... they said that they close 8 pm?? but can?t take my order by phone?. Really poor customer service. Read more
