High hopes with such stellar reviews but mediocre at best. Burger looked tasty enough with lots of juices but little flavor on... the burger patty itself, could have used seasoning. Fries were pretty good but it?s fries kinda hard to botch that up. 7ozpatty was pretty small after cooking. Also both mine and a friends burger were still raw and mushy inside despite asking for amedium cook. Could only eat the edges of the burger. Overall I won?t be back and wouldn?t recommend. Read more

Wow this place is very tasty, the best burgers I?ve had in the DMV. If you want quality meat, juicy, big, filled with your... favorite topping burgers this is the place to be . The reviews led me here, stop by if you are in the area, friendly staff theylook happy to work here, clean establishment and small seating area. Fast service food is hot and very filling a-lot of optionson the menu even for vegans. Huge portions size, you can share sides with your party. We had burgers, wings, and chilly cheesefries. I visited on a less busy Friday evening and easily placed my order with a welcoming staff member. The interior looks relatively... clean and has seating for roughly ten tables inside and another couple outside. This place tends to get a fair amount of call-inand online orders from what I could see of foot traffic and time front staffers were taking phone orders. My order consisted ofchicken tenders and cole slaw, a Chicago hot dog, and a Philly burger medium rare with regular fries. The total came to $30 withtax and before tip about which I did not feel too bad from a value perspective. The wait time of 25 minutes to get my foodsurprised me somewhat given the lower level of busyness even if I made allowances for the phone and online orders. I likelywould follow others with either calling or placing an order online for any future visits. The chicken tenders had good textureon the outside. I did wonder whether these tenders may have been more processed than others from what I tasted. The accompanyinghoney mustard sauce looked and tasted as expected. The cole slaw had good texture and just a little more and sweet dressing formy tastes. The Chicago dog had satisfying flavor from the mustard, relish, onions, and peppers. The hot dog itself was cookedwell and had a distinct beefy flavor to me. Toasting the bun would help the roll have some texture and taste inside. Same withthe beef burger which otherwise was cooked to the requested temperature and had a pleasing ratio of beef to cheese to toppingsto bread. Toasting the bun seemed even more important here to avoid a somewhat soggy bottom bun. The regular fry order had aproper portion of not over seasoned and slightly crispy fries that survived the ride home well. All in all a more than decentmeal that could be made better with quicker in-person wait times and toasting bread for the main offerings. I could return inthe future to experience a local, non-big brand chain small business burger place. Read more

Oh. My. Goodness. This was a fantastic burger. Seared hard on the outside and a perfect medium on the inside. Juice was dripping... down my hand when I was eating it. Fries, curly fries, and onion rings were all on point. Maybe one of the best burgers in thearea. Read more

Went on a nice Friday night adventure bike ride, couldn't think of a goal until I was hungry for a good burger. Many miles and... an hour or two later; I arrive at this glorious little shack. It was filled with kind-hearted workers ready for their weekend tostart, yet they were real pros and helped us starving bikers out. It might be below freezing, but the warm food was worth it! Food was great! We order two 7 oz burgers. I ordered medium rare and it came out wonderful. And then we got fried pickles and... garlic fries. Staff was very nice, but you could tell it was a little chaotic with all the orders coming in. Overall I thinkwe waited over 45 mins so be prepared to wait or order ahead. We didn't have anywhere to go so it wasn't that big of a deal forus; however there were a few people that were not so pleased with the wait. Loved this place. We drove by while running errands in Virginia (we live in MD) and saw this place and decided to get some... burgers. They have outdoor seating, our table was in the shade (extra points for this!) And our order came quickly, hot andfresh! Burger was simple but just right. Tasty, cooked to order, decent size patty, and the brioche bun was super good, too. Iwish it was closer to our home, would definitely visit it often! Five stars ???????? Read more
