I marked one date to end summer (Labor Day) by going to an old haunt I had not visited in years. The place has retained its... local and family-friendly vibe serving Chantilly and surrounds. The interior remains clean and well maintained. Sitting at thebar afforded me professional and attentive service by both Lindsay and Kristin for the evening. Kitchen times for food for abusy holiday kept within reasonable lengths from order to arrival. I settled on a mild boneless wing appetizer with a side ofsteak fries followed by the sirloin/ribs combo with sweet potato and green beans as my sides. Drinks were kept refreshedthroughout mostly without me having to ask. The Parker house rolls for bread to start are hot from the oven, wonderfully chewyon the inside, and shiny on the outside. The wings have a pleasing mild flavor as advertised and a satisfying crunch with theexterior even with the sauce on the outside. I could have done with a little bigger and warmer portion of steak fries for aside, but the potatoes are seasoned well and had a relatively clean, definitely-not-greasy flavor. The steak was cooked to aperfect medium-rare still juicy and grilled just enough on the outside. Having the sweet potato with mini marshmallows remindsme of my mom’s Thanksgiving sweet potato casserole I loved growing up. The actual potato skin easily comes away from thepotato, leaving a warm well cooked potato to scoop with the marshmallows. Rib meat literally fell away from the bone, as Idevoured the entire portion so cleanly I impressed a fellow diner seated next to me. The sauce strikes me as a tad sweet for mytaste but could see how others might enjoy the Memphis style all the same. Green beans had a vibrant green color without excesssaltiness from the onions and bacon bits. My only very minor complaint centers on the pool of liquid left on my plate ostensiblyfrom the mushrooms and possibly the steak. Came in on Memorial Day for an early dinner and we were seated right away. The staff was friendly and attentive, and really went... above and beyond. The manager came by to check on us; we couldnt be happier with our experience! You can tell that everyone whoworks here loves their job. The food came out quick, everything was delicious, and the prices were more than fair. Definitelyrecommend the cactus blossom, the ribs, and the (huge) smokehouse burger! Great place for some BBQ and meats. Burgers were large and juicy, and the ribs were tender and delicious. My kids really loved... the fried pickles, and I enjoyed them too. Staff was also really friendly, and very polite. Whenever the kids ask for BBQ again,we'll be coming back. Read more

The location is good. The staff are friendly and nice. The prices consider good The food: Cactus blossom ( whole onion fried... with souce ) Which I like it. The baby back ribs was very good The kabob was not so great. Steaks was good. They need to work onfurniture and update it as it torn chairs, work more to maintain the cleanliness! The food quantity good I tried differentlocation in different states, this was not the best In cleanliness, furniture and maybe add some additional lights! (sp) She held a table for my... call ahead after the new Manassas location dropped the ball and told me 45min wait when we arrived for our call ahead on ourfirst visit there, so sad. Chantilly rocks!
