Unfortunately, today I had a awful experience at this location. I came in for a free sub because today a free sub was given... away. I?ve seen this advertised all over. From 99.5 to a very popular couponer. The name of the manager who helped me today isEddi. He was very disrespectful to me this morning. He accused me (3 times.. within 30 minutes) of telling a number ofindividuals about this deal today and said no one is suppose to talk about it. He also informed me this deal is for people whocome on the regular basis and it is to thank those who come often. I yet have seen where you have to be a regular customer onthe website to get this item. He told me because he will give me this free item I need to spend money at his store (kind ofseemed like he was threatening me.) because of this experience I will no longer purchase anything at this location because Iwill not be disrespected. I?ve done nothing wrong and if it wasn?t a give a away then I would pay for my sub. This man belittledme and embarrassed me in front of four customers. He told me how he had to call his boss to make sure he could give it to me. Ontop of this he made me wait for 20 minutes to be served. He was a very angry individual. I wasn?t nasty with him at all. I walked into the store behind a couple who were heading to wait in the line to order. So, I was waiting for my turn for about... 5 mins. Suddenly, a subway worker disrespectful told me to leave because they are closed and they can't serve me. I tried toexplain that I was waiting in line for more 5 mins but didn't even look at me. If I can give this store no stars! Today 6/7/22 Aprox 1115 am, the manager was rude to the point, am still upset! Am a African... American female was hungry on that day, I don?t like too much bread, and ask if he can remove some, he start saying ain?tnothing wrong with this bread, and went on with a lot of junk, gave me three onions, and 4 green peppers, he getting upset withme because I want my sandwich a certain way, then said I was acting hood! My experience was bad. I order spinach wrap and I want cheese malted with the chicken I told her but she was ignoring me and... other employe told her then she did. One time she did not ask me if I want bread toasted or not she do on her way she make mysandwich. The worker was very rude.I told her I wanted the beard toasted. She missed up my order and didn?t toast the beard. After I had... told her I wanted it toasted she put it in the oven with all the toppings still on it. I told her not to do it that way cause itwill ruin the vegetables. I don't like writing bad reviews but after giving this place few tries, I won't be coming back. They are skimpy on the quantity... of meat and veggies. Veggies are not fresh, especially the lettuce. Place doesn't seem like cleaned regularly with fliesaround. Read more
