Had not heard of this place, but it was adjacent to stores in which we had been shopping, so we stopped in for lunch. The taste... of the turkey avocado sandwich was divine! It was toasted under a flame and was crunchy and wonderfully creamy at the same time.Every bite was delicious. My only complaint is that, unlike Subway, you cannot see your sandwich as it is being prepared. Thecounters are too high for people of average height to look down on the sandwich as the "extras" are added. Read more
I used to work at a different potbelly shop and my experience today was legitimately awful. Associates were very dismissive and... unhelpful. The load associate who puts toppings on had her mask around her chin breathing on my sandwich and the disrespectfulcashier replied ?it?s fine? to my request to change a charge for bacon to what I actually got which was salad bacon. A dollardifference in price that I?ve been made to pay too many times to count in this location. Simply infuriating. Read more
I haven't eaten at a Potbelly in a long time. I remember loving their sandwiches, but this time, I got the Italian. It was good,... but I didn't enjoy it as much as I used to. Not sure why. They have soup, sandwiches and great variety of drinks. They eatery is always clean and festive.

AVOID THIS LOCATION! I just want my money back. I got an email from a co worker that there is a free milkshake promotion this... weekend with any order. We both went together for lunch and the staffs were not aware of the promotion. 10 minutes later,manager came out to speak with us that they can allow only 1 milkshake because we came together. We said we are payingseparate..i gave my co worker his shake. I dowloaded the app before hand and was awarded a free cookie any way, so i wanted toredeem that, the register person said it wont let him do it but i can still get perk points. ok fine. sat down, eating sandwich,clicked on app to see what other perks....it said no purchase history...so i went back and ask register if i can have thereceipt to call for it to be added. He said registry closed he cannot print receipts!! WTH!!!!????????? I was so furious. Then Ihad the most terrible mushroom melt of my life. This used to be my favorite most highly recommended sandwich shop ever and iwould tell all my friends about it. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE and most skimpy sandwich of a lifetime. 2 pieces of mushrooms on oneside of my sandwich, and none on the other side. Plus these are canned mushrooms???? i asked for extra lettuce and onions andpickles...i got one piece of pickle and skimpy frizzles of lettuce...nope no onions. Do they want to work there???? Milkshakewas also melted and runny - we ate there!!! WTH!!???? i really dont know whats going on with Potbelly nowadays or if its justthis location? this was my first time to THIS location, so my advice? AVOID THIS LOCATION! Read more
All the employees do is just talk to friends while there is a huge line. No point in ordering in advance when people standing in... line get theirs quicker. Read more
