As soon as I entered and starting giving my order, I asked why the prices were high, and the employee at the counter Mars just... started insulting me without me saying anything, and then she insulted me more saying I wouldn?t know anything about coffeebecause I ordered a frappe, like horrible costumer service, she treated me horribly. I like to keep my review updated because this is a great Peet?s! The decor is inviting and the staff usually do a great job. The... friendliness of the staff has started dropping in April 2022 and the bathroom floors need a lot of attention! The rest of theplace is spotless and well taken care, except the loose pavers that the property management company has failed to repair and Iwould not be surprised if someone hurt la themselves badly one day! I deducted the one star for the bathroom floors, thekindness and salutations are probably the staff having a bad day. Read more
