It was the most disorganized and disfunctional restaurant i have ever been to. Placed a pick up order for the Thanksgiving Day... at 4:30 pm but when i got there at 4:15, there were a lot of angry people just waiting to pick up their order. People wereyelling at the staff as some people waited over 2 hours to pick up their order. When i inquired thebstaff why we have a pick uptime when they cannot deliver as advertised, one of the staff bluntly responded ?some had to wait over 2 hours before you.? After an hour of me waiting, i was finally able to convince one staff to fulfill my order. Instead of the pumpkin pie iordered, got smashed apple pie and a dry peacon pie.. No one was in charge? some employees just standing around without doinganything while 30-40 guests standing in front of the registers waiting to pick up their orders?. No more Bob Evans for me.. Notworth waiting over an hour to pick up an order that was not packaged as advertised and served by staff who did not care for howlong people were waiting for a mediocre food. Read more

I?m not sure on where to start on explaining my experience at bob Evans. Should I start with the HORRENDOUS service and... hospitality. As soon as me and my family walked in we where greeted with the extremely strong smell of chemicals that was almostcontesting the air making it rather hard to breathe, oh and don?t get me started with the table being very sticky and feelingoverall very dirty. As my family was seated it took almost 20 minutes for the waiter to even come up to us and ask us for ourorders. Now let?s not forget about what made this review a true 2-star review. Once we finally finished our decade long wait forour food this so called southern comfort food looked like southern discomfort food. The pancakes where cold and had the textureof a Goodyear tire, I set aside the pancakes and thought to take a chance biting into the biscuits that had came as a side to mymeal. As I bit into the biscuit I had to check to make sure I didn?t loose a tooth as the biscuits seemed like they had beensitting out for 2-3 business days. Finally I was left to try the chicken and eggs that looked like they had been thrown onto myplate. The eggs tasted perfectly fine and greeted me with a soft and fluffy flavor The chicken on the other hand had a veryrubbery and dry taste that didn?t equate to the amount of honey that was portioned on top of it. I am very disappointed in myexperience today at bob evans and will not be returning in the foreseeable future. Read more

Very sad to say that the service was super slow, even getting seated took a lot longer than expected. The place was nearly empty... they definitely weren't slammed. When we first walked in, there was not a staff member in sight. The food took a looong time tocome out. Most of our food was fried. ( Four orders of chicken strips, a grilled chicken salad, a club sandwich, and eggs andbacon - and toast that was never served) All the food was barely warm, and my daughter's drink was never brought out. I havefond memories of this restaurant chain from my childhood, but this was sub par. When we told the manager, we were told they wereshort staffed.. witch is understandable... But it was still super depressing. Hopefully they pull it together soon.. < Read more

Not sure what happened to this place, but the quality has dropped in all aspects. The servers, who used to be lifers who... actually cared about the experience, are now younger and don't even want to wait for you to finish your order before rushing offeach time. How annoying do you think it is to keep having to flag down your server just to finish your order? The food was aclear disappointment. I understand that your clientele is mostly older people, but the level of salt in EVERYTHING wasridiculous. Even the butter for the biscuits was absurdly salty. My chicken-fried steak was just a salty piece of meat thatsomewhat resembled chicken-fries steak in shape only. The hash browns that I was given (asked for extra crispy) were RAW. Theserver even had the nerve to say when I pointed this out that some people liked them that way. Never mind that NO, NO ONEDOES!, it wasn't what I asked for to begin with. The only thing that was correct in taste were the eggs. That's all. Finally, this place has real need of proper management, which may be behind the food problems. My server was having a heated argumentwith someone who worked at the front during the entire meal. What, you guys can't squabble in the back like professionals?! This whole thing was so disappointing that I'll never be back. Why waste my time and money when IHOP can do it better forcheaper? Read more

My family and I had a great brunch yesterday and came back Sunday too! We had the same server both days, Ms Petrona and she was... a true joy! She was extremely kind to us and was especially fond of our son. We arrived Sunday after the lunch rush around 4pmand thought the place was closed???? Turns out that?s just the perfect early bird time to enjoy some quiet time. The food wassuperb and everyone enjoyed their dish. I think we?ll make this a weekly outing ???????? Read more

The customer service was great, very welcoming. The Mac and cheese was alright, the broccoli was tasty and the strawberry... lemonade wasn?t good so I ordered a lemonade which was better. I loved the biscuit and chicken breast. I would go back and trythe other food. Read more

A bit of Americana. I hadn't been there in years, but it was good, and we managed to score an immediate table just before noon... on a Sunday. I thought the pancakes were heavy, but everything else was fine. This was my wife's first time, and she was veryhappy with her salad. Read more
