This particular location on Sheldon was horrible. I placed my order online, per usual. I never received my order, no updates and... i called over 20 times.. not one answer. I ended up having to contact customer service to be refunded. Which was the only thingi was offered after waiting for over 3hrs. I?ve tried pizza from this specific franchise on 3 different occasions. Every time, they have put little to no sauce on the... pizza. It?s just bread, cheese and toppings. It?s like they?re rationing tomato sauce. The pizza has been consistently dry. Icould almost understand cutting back on toppings to save costs, but the tomato sauce is one of the least expensive ingredients. Read more
