Night Shift guy is very fast and respectful and food is always correct all the time . What else could u ask for .
I understand times can be hard but basic customer skills would be nice. When pulling into the drive thru I get it may be busy... but a simple ?hello? or ?please give me a minute? would of been nice instead of sitting there wondering if the speaker is brokenor not. Waited maybe 5-8mins till someone asked what we would like to order. Being acknowledged at first point is inviting.Otherwise customers could just drive off. Soda was flat, food was cold and didn?t receive all my order. Only gave 2 stars foreffort. Read more

Employee in the drive thru tonight needs more employee basic training, making sure to go over the steps of common interactions... that happen between customer and service. There is no reason to get upset/rude when a customer ask you to repeat what theirtotal is before handing over their card for purchase. Then refusing to serve them their food for asking such a "dumb" questionand having your coworker serve them while ducking down below the drive through window to hide. Very unprofessional and not agood look to a representative of your company. Read more
