My coffee order is always spot on, the crew at the window are always friendly.. but to my dismay yesterday right before work... ..no line at this time.. I ordered omelet bites and a toasted bagel..the omelet bites that were given to me were cold ???? ..Iwould have that issue with bagel bites so I kept to ordering a regular toasted bagel no issue..but how do you serve out coldeggs?? The hours were not updated, so I ordered a mobile order and showed up to being told the store was closed by the Subway worker.... However, there were multiple employees in the back messing around. Manager called me back and was very nice but didn?t give avery viable option for a refund. I was going to pick it up on my way back to college and had used free drink rewards. Instead, Ihave to have someone else go get my drink and they drink it (?) or wait until I come back in over a month. Read more
If I could give them 0 star I would but I can?t. They don?t deserve 1 star. I?m not a person that writes reviews but It?s has... been many times already that when I get out off work from midnights. Hi Guys. Your bus driver4u . Well what can I say about Dunkin. They have great coffee. Now if you can't fine a donut you like... there. Then , you don't want one. There donuts are great. Their quality has really dropped in recent years. I don't know if it has to do with any unrealistic corporate expectations, but... the quality if the coffee and flavors has degraded sharply. I get more mistakes in my orders than correct orders as well. Read more
The donuts are always good and the place is always clean but the staff could be more attentive and patient. A few times the... staff has not seen me at the cash register or ignored that I am there because they are all at the drive through. When they docome over to help I feel as if they are rushing me. I am extremly dissatisfied with this Dunkin Donuts location. I ordered my coffee (Hot Carmel coffee, with almond milk and sugar)... and recieved a coffee with no almond milk nor sugar. I took my order back, told them they did it wrong. They asked my orderagain, and I gave it to them. They then handed me another wrong coffee, this time with no carmel flavoring. The lady who handedme the second coffee rolled her eyes and gave the coffee to me with attitude. I understand that they may have been busy, but ifI am paying for a coffee, I expect my order to be correct, at least by the second time. I have had many incorrect orders fromthis Dunkin that I have let slide, but I am tired of spending money at a place that doesn't value their customers nor theirorders.
