My coffee order is always spot on, the crew at the window are always friendly.. but to my dismay yesterday right before work... ..no line at this time.. I ordered omelet bites and a toasted bagel..the omelet bites that were given to me were cold ???? ..Iwould have that issue with bagel bites so I kept to ordering a regular toasted bagel no issue..but how do you serve out coldeggs?? The hours were not updated, so I ordered a mobile order and showed up to being told the store was closed by the Subway worker.... However, there were multiple employees in the back messing around. Manager called me back and was very nice but didn?t give avery viable option for a refund. I was going to pick it up on my way back to college and had used free drink rewards.
