We ate here about 2 pm today. I was shocked the parking lot was very empty. Ordering food and sitting inside I found out why.... FILTHY restaurant and the tomato soup was rancid. They had a few bagels in the display case. I?ve always enjoyed panera. Notthis one, ever again?.. SAD!!!!! Read more
This panera continues to go downhill. Every time I?ve gone recently there?s something wrong with the order and I try to check it... before I leave but usually just give it a cursory glance. This time there?s not even any chicken at all on my salad. NONE. Noteven one slice. I had doordashed two Mac and cheese bread bowls(one with half sandwich) and I found a Long blonde curly hair in my food. I?m... hoping their employees are wearing hair nets when working with food, I understand it?s annoying but it?s for safety concernslike so. Especially those with long hair! When you walk in you order on a computer and pay, then you go pick up your order from the shelf. Why are they asking if you... want to tip? There is no server, you do it yourself. My food took 18 minutes, they were out of a lot of menu items and the"signature chicken with buffalo sauce, pickle chips and brioche bun came cold with about a teaspoon of sauce and pickles and onsoggy white bread. Not too much available in the bakery area after noon, I went in there for coffee and some pastries for my husband. The coffee... is good but the baked goods are limited. I bought a Baggett for dinner and found out that it was hard and dry, which meant ithad been sitting around for too long. I was disappointed. Read more
I waited an hour for my food today and ordered a whole salad, but it was barely full to the half line. The lettuce is rotten,... slimey, and completely unnedible. The chanhassen panera has gone downhill and this has happened to my parents multiple times aswell. Read more
Love Panera Bread! I often grab a french onion soup and a tuna sandwich. but sometimes will try their salad, broccoli cheddar,... and pizza. Love their drinks! A bit pricy but good. I go for the berry and almond-milk smoothie or an ice caramel macchiato ($5each). Read more
The breakfast egg/cheese/bacon chibatta is to-die-for! Add onion and tomatoe (trust me). Other then that though...the food has... really gone downhill, salads arent fresh, soup was cold and my bread bowl was stale. Read more
