I had a great experience . Everything is well lit, clean, organized. It?s a very comfortable dining-in experience. I can tell... that staff really care about customer service and high quality food and location cleanliness. In particular, Talia gave a greatexperience to me. I initially posted a two star review ? noting the food was good, but the restaurant was not able to manage orders in an... efficient way. I watched three people sort croutons for more than 25 minutes while no one made the salad I had ordered ahead oftime. Update: I was contacted directly by the managing staff at the restaurant. They reached out, and genuinely listened to myconcern, and ?made it right?. I?m actually quite impressed with that level of customer service and I am encouraged to witness inthis commitment from a local restaurant. Read more
I want to love this place, but I'm not sold. Love the idea, but the bowls I have had thus far have been either unmemorable or I... just haven't liked. The one smoothie I ordered wasn't great either and tasted more like the protein powder than any of the fruitin it. Service was great, though they seemed a bit understaffed, which is not their fault at all, just made the wait a littlelonger, not a big deal. Maybe I have just yet to find my favorite thing there or maybe it's not for me, but my issue with C&Gseems to come down to their recipes vs. issues with locations themselves. This Crisp and Green location is by far my favorite yet! The staff were all so kind and accommodating and made everyone feel so... welcome. The restaurant itself felt very clean, generating a refreshing environment to go along with such refreshing andrevitalizing food. The salad combinations are ingenious and full of flavor. Personally, I?m not one to choose a salad as mypreferred meal; however, at Crisp and Green it is possible to achieve healthy eating and not compromise on taste. I would giveit 6 stars if I could! Outstanding customer service! The owners take extreme pride in their desire to give back to the community in which they chosen... to be home for their location. This by far, is my favorite C&G out of all of them. I have never had a bad experience. Zig Ziglarsaid, ?you don?t build a business, you build people and people build the business.? I believe this to be true with thislocation. Their staff all seem to be happy to work here and go above and beyond to exceed the expectations of the guests theyinteract with. Can't say enough good things about this place. I stop in for lunch a few times a week. Blake, Payton, Alex, and Orlando, always... greet me by name, and know my order by heart. Best service, always super clean, and fast, very consistent. The personal touchis unique in this world. Love going to this location to see these great people, and have the best Salad. Read more
