Taco Bell Chandler might be the worst ever. It takes talent to get as much lettuce in a quesadilla as they do and then somehow... chop it up and manage to blend the tortilla and paper it comes in all together. I mean who doesn?t like lettuce and paper with alittle dab of mild sauce after a long day. Consistently horrible service. Read more

I told them no creamy jalapeno sauce on my quesadilla, because it contains onion AND onion powder, per their website. I have an... onion allergy, so I am always looking up the ingredients in the dishes I eat. I get down the road to go home and sure enough, there's creamy jalapeno sauce on it. I asked for a side of sour cream and was given a side of nacho cheese. And I guess peopleare just supposed to eat fiesta potatoes with their fingers now because there was no fork in the bag, no napkins, and no tacosauce for my husband's tacos. And I'm getting really sick of every taco bell in the Tyler area having their dining area closed. No other area does that, it's just the Tyler area. And don't use being short staffed as an excuse either. There are severalplaces that are short staffed and are fully functional. Read more

I wish I could give Kordell & his crew 10 stars. The service I received was far above and beyond standard. I happen to be... allergic to jalapenos... yes, I know I was ordering Mexican food in Texas ... I mentioned this to Kordell as I was ordering andhe instantly ran to his crew. I heard him tell them about my allergy and to make sure they did not prepare my order on or nearany place jalapenos had been & why. He came back to finish my order when one of the guys (wish I had his name) making my orderrealize that there was jalapenos in the nacho sauce on the burrito and between us all we substituted that sauce for a 3 cheeseblend. They made sure my meal was well marked and safe for me. The effort & care everyone there took was so extraordinary thatI am still bragging about this crew over 24 hrs later. GOOD JOB EVERYONE. OH....and the food was great. Read more

I spent $38.95 on two 12 count supreme soft taco boxes with no tomatoes for me and my family. And they were great until we got... to the second box and every taco was loaded to tomatoes. Most of my family dislikes tomatoes with a passion and the other's areallergic. I'm just glad I checked my kids tacos before they ate them otherwise we'd probably be at a hospital tonight. Neverleaving a taco bell window without checking every item I ordered. Thanks???? Read more

Used to be one of the better taco bells around but now it's just trash. My bean burrito was 99% tortilla with a bean and a... cheese. Most of the red sauce was on the outside of the burrito as well. It's been 9 months since original review so I tried itagain, bad idea my son's cheese roll up was thicker than my bean and cheese burrito and tasted like they made it a week ago.Shame on me I guess.
