I ordered on the phone, $35 worth of food. They asked for my card number because of the amount, good, I tell them I have a... coupon, they say which one I want to use, the 15%off or the $5off, I chose the 15%. Paid. I showed up in the place, they said Ihave to give them the coupon, I didn't have it with me because I already paid over the phone and they said nothing aboutbringing the coupon. They said I have to pay the 15% then or I can't take the food, I said no, they gave me back my money incash and I left... These people send those coupons every month anyways but I'm never coming back there... Read more

The front counter female was so extremely rude and unpleasant. We were such an inconvenience for her. How dare we order food or... ask for a plate. She kept sighing and rolling her eyes. At one point she stormed fuming to the back because my wife went to geta refill and she didn't like that since she had just mopped the floor. Sorry for being a customer an inconveniencing your day.Won't be back. Read more

For the price. Def not worth it. Had to trade out my chicken katsu bowl for a grilled one. The chicken katsu was burnt to a... crisp and dry as hell. There sushi is sub par also. Everything for some reason is to go. You eat out of plastic and Styrofoamwhen you dine in. My wife got a vegetable bowl and it was terrible. No sauce on rice or vegetables. Vegetables were steamed.Tasted like they were frozen. They are supposed to be grilled. Had vegetable tempura and it tasted like it was frozen. It had astale taste to it. Like chips that stayed out too long. The tempura was hard. They really need to step their game up. I knowit's a crazy time. But at least make an effort. Will not be going back. Read more

Great food with big portions! I ordered the Regular Chicken Teriyaki Bowl with a medium soft drink. My order was taken in a... friendly manner. This location is $1 more than the other Yogis in the Valley. The restaurant wasn't too busy for Dinner. Theorder did take longer than other locations I have visited. There was a noticeable wait for every order that came out. Thislocation needs some Training on efficiency in the kitchen area. There were 2 people in front, which 1 person could've handledthe orders. Having 1 person cross trained to help in the Kitchen would greatly improve efficiency. The food was hot, fresh, andtasty! The portion size was enough for 2 people. The iced tea also hit the spot. The lobby area was clean and organized. Thedrink station was clean and well stocked. I would still recommend this location to anyone who loves rice inspired dishes. Read more

Lots of food. My only thought was that I didn't need both rice and noodles. Maybe more vegetables. Also, as a garlic lover, I... couldn't taste any garlic on this at all. Read more

I have been here twice now in the last 2 weeks. Great, fast low-fat option. So far i have only had chicken or steak dishes, but... they also offer a large selection of sushi rolls. Good option for an easy carry out dinner or lunch if your in the area. Read more
